I'm writing to express my deep outrage over the constant mass shootings happening in the United States. I ask that you take immediate legislative action to stop this epidemic of gun violence by funding evidence-based community anti-violence programs, like Ceasefire, which have been shown to reduce shootings, and instituting universal background checks for ammo and gun buyers.
