I am very concerned about the integrity of the upcoming midterm elections. There are many things at play with our election system that must be investigated in order to determine if we can have free and fair elections. Please act quickly on these: SpaceX holds the Starlink Direct to Cell connection logs from October and November 2024. Those logs would show whether any Direct to Cell connections were made to devices in or near tabulation equipment during the election window. They have not been subpoenaed. They have not been requested. Congress has not asked for them. ES&S must be compelled to publicly disclose every jurisdiction where DS200 machines with cellular modems are deployed, the complete transmission log for every modem during the 2024 election window, and the complete firmware update history for every machine in the 90 days before November 5, 2024. None of this information currently exists in any public record. The National Design Studio must be subject to immediate congressional oversight, compelled to produce every privacy document it has failed to file, and prohibited from touching any federal election infrastructure until a full accounting of its data collection practices has been conducted and made public. The DOGE voter data agreement, the one a DOGE employee signed with a political advocacy group to find voter fraud evidence and overturn election results, must be the subject of a federal investigation. The document is in the court record. Nobody in Congress has moved to act on it. Congress has not acted on any of this. The midterms are five months away.
