I’m sick of the popular vote winner losing the presidential election because of the electoral college, a relic of slavery. Every other elected official is elected via direct election, including the governor. The president should be no different. As your constituent I would like you to support HB 270, Pennsylvania joining the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC).
