Proposed Veteran Act: Vocational Educational Training Enabling Response to Agricultural Needs Allocates certain percentage of revenue from tariffs taxes and fees associated with the import of agricultural products and goods to the development and establishment of vocational training programs for agricultural workers and skills, including animal husbandry, maintenance and operation of machinery, logistics and distribution, and other associated activities for agricultural workers.
