I am asking that you take immediate action to ensure relief for myself and hundreds of thousands of defrauded borrowers. Please do not leave me and hundreds of thousands of defrauded students in the lurch, with our financial freedom and ability to live a full life hanging in the balance. A majority of us went to schools that have a history of misconduct well known to the Department of Education. We know that the Department of Education has findings for many of these schools, and that there is a preponderance of evidence to justify approval of the majority of outstanding Borrower Defense applications. I am asking you to act now, before it is too late. I am sure you know quite well that Borrower Defense and the Department of Education itself are at risk. All students who are suffering under the extreme weight of this fraudulent debt should have their Borrower Defenses approved immediately so we can finally be free to work toward our American Dream, a dream that has been stolen from us by often notoriously predatory companies.
