I am writing as your constituent to urge you to vote NO on the FY2026 DHS spending bill. This bill provides billions more dollars to ICE and CBP to continue racial profiling and detaining and deporting our neighbors, while instilling fear in our communities. Despite Congress’s critical role as a check on the Executive Branch, there are no meaningful guardrails included in this bill that would limit ICE and CBP agents from continuing their lawless, violent actions. Standing with your community means a NO vote on this bill. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
