The Pentagon's dispute with Anthropic stems from the AI startup's refusal to remove safeguards that would prevent its technology from being used to target weapons autonomously and conduct surveillance in the United States. Both things should never be allowed. Congress needs to step up and stop Trump from removing Anthropic from the government systems. We need responsible AI. What the pentagon doing is not responsible and can get out of control quickly. We need those safe guards. Do something about it now, don’t let this happen. Start regulating AI before it’s too late!
