Pennsylvanians already buy recreational marijuana in surrounding states. We deserve to those billions of dollars in revenue back to PA to fund our schools, lower property taxes, and support Medicaid. Fully legalize marijuana without restrictions and the release everyone from jail who was involved with marijuana.
