Immediate Demand to Respect Law, History, and Democracy

To: Rep. Burlison, Pres. Trump, Sen. Hawley, Rep. Overcast, Sen. Hudson, Gov. Kehoe, Sen. Schmitt

From: A constituent in Kirbyville, MO

October 22

As a concerned American citizen, I am writing to demand accountability for actions that are undermining our democratic principles and disrespecting our national institutions. I oppose the unauthorized demolition of the White House East Wing. The People's House is a national landmark, not a personal construction site to be unilaterally destroyed. Its preservation must follow all required historical and legal oversight processes. Stop this reckless destruction of our shared American history immediately. I demand the immediate swearing-in of Representative-elect Adelita Grijalva. Speaker Mike Johnson's refusal to seat a duly elected official is a direct and unconstitutional attack on the fundamental principle of "taxation without representation." This delay is a shameful subversion of the democratic will of the Arizona voters. I urge you to put patriotic duty and respect for the rule of law above partisan convenience. These actions are setting a dangerous precedent for the future of our republic and must be reversed.
