Draft/co-sponsor articles of impeachment against: - Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth (violating Posse Comitatus, illegally kidnapping, detaining, and removing Americans; unconstitutionally usurping Congress’ power to declare war, unconstitutionally usurping state and local authority, and War crimes) -Secretary of State Marco Rubio (violating free speech, illegally kidnapping, detaining, and removing Americans; unconstitutionally usurping Congressional powers, defying and threatening the coequal branch of the Judiciary) - Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem (illegally abducting, detaining, and trafficking Americans, violating due process & civil rights, violation of human rights, violation of Posse Comitatus Act, violation of freedom of speech) - Secretary of Health RFK Jr. (undermining health and safety, endangering the public, weaponization of misinformation, unconstitutionally usurping Congress’ power of the purse, aiding in the unlawful kidnapping, detention, and removal of American residents) - Attorney General Pam Bondi (primary participant in the largest cover up in American history: the Epstein Files; violating the First Amendment, defying judicial authority and threatening judges, illegally and unconstitutionally abducting, detaining, and removing American residents, blocking efforts to secure US elections, depriving citizens of their citizenship) - President Donald Trump (violation of Posse Comitatus Act, violation of free speech, weaponization of the Department of Justice, violation of the 4th Amendment, defying Congressional and Judicial Sovereignty and Authority, fraud, corruption, obstruction of Justice, destruction of evidence, covering up the Epstein files, and treason) As your constituent I demand you take immediate action against those in power who are actively endangering the American public and violating the rule of law.
