With all that King Ubu, aka Trump, has gotten away with in terms of abusing the Presidency and treading on the Constitution, and with as little as law and government leadership [I look up at you meaningfully] has done to stop the abuses, I have a great fear that once (and if) the tide turns for him and he stops getting his way even in little ways, he's going to go "scorched earth" on all of us, on everything. Not that he isn't harming the planet and our society already, but I fear we ain't seen nothin' yet, once his loss column gains more digits. Please reassure the country that however the midterms turn out, however your fundraising is going, you're going to act on the imperative in your Federal oaths to start defending our country and Constitution from the even worse domestic threat Trump is likely to be. Please tell me you want to govern for the benefit of society and the planet. And then show me.
