“Last month, the Federal Reserve and other regulatory agencies announced plans to lower the amount of capital that banks will need to hold against the mortgages on their balance sheet and allow banks to hold more mortgage servicing assets” What kind of morons are running the federal reserve? Isn’t this exactly how we got into the massive bank default fiasco 10 or so years ago? And to make matters even worse, the economy right now worse than sucks which means more people will be able to get mortgages and not be able to pay their payments so all this is going to sink really quick. I’m no mental giant, but I can clearly see where this leads Trump needs to go. Everything he touches is an absolute disaster for everyone around him and this country and teach this idiot now.
