Yesterday, after disobeying the court’s order, this government refused to answer a judge for reasons of “national security.” In effect, we are disappearing people to foreign countries and suspending habeas corpus. It’s like 9/11 without 9/11. The rule of law is under attack. Please inform Congress. Our representatives in Congress were elected to defend democracy and the U.S. Constitution. At least, that’s what we were sold.
