The power to declare war rests with Congress. Rumors are that Trump will declare military actions against Venezuela tonight at 9pm. This man is an idiot. This is a power grab, a distraction from the Epstein files, and outlaw theft of another country’s oil reserves. We must do everything in our power to shut this down.
