Urgent Call for Balanced Israeli-Palestinian Policies Upholding Human Rights and Diplomacy The ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine raises significant concerns about the upholding of international law and human rights. The occupation of Palestinian lands, along with the increased reports of violence, unlawful detentions, and assaults on Palestinians, must be addressed urgently. While recent reports show a concerning rise in these violations, such actions have been occurring throughout the 75 years of occupation. Reports of human rights abuses, including mistreatment of prisoners by Israeli Defense Forces, have become increasingly common. The situation in Gaza has deteriorated to the point where no place is safe, with widespread destruction and a severe humanitarian crisis. This situation must be recognized for what it is: a humanitarian disaster that demands immediate international attention. The loss of thousands of innocent lives, along with reports of potential war crimes, cannot be ignored. It is imperative that the international community takes a stand to prevent further atrocities and hold those responsible accountable. We call for an immediate and comprehensive arms embargo on Israel until it takes lawful actions demonstrating respect for Palestinian rights and their ability to live with dignity. The international community, particularly the United States, must take concrete actions to end the occupation and ensure that Palestinians are freed from what many have described as apartheid conditions. This includes recognizing the severity of the situation and the need for urgent intervention. Additionally, we urge the international community to consider designating the Likud Party as a terrorist organization, given the severity of the actions taken under its leadership. There should be a thorough investigation into the actions of all parties involved, with appropriate measures taken to ensure justice. DONE
