Corporate Personhood: Clear & Present Danger

Wall Street victories don't always translate into Main Street ones. But the Party of Big Business sells itself on looking out for Wall Street, or at least is perceived as strongly preferring to do so ... and it's failing at THAT, compared to the other of America's Top Two Parties. You know, the only practical choices out there ... and part of the reason behind that failed Wall Street --> Main Street translation no matter who is in office lately. END CITIZENS UNITED. Those Big Businesses raping and corrupting our government and manipulating millions through monopolized media DO NOT DESERVE personhood, much less unlimited spending-as-free-speech. In fact, their insistence on themselves and their donations deserving such status, in its practical implementation in our country’s politics a nd government, constitutes a Clear and Present Danger and a Domestic Threat to our Constitution and Country, manifest most recently by manipulating the rise of MAGA and Trump. I worked civilian DoD in the Intelligence Community from 1979 to 2012, took a Federal oath of service similar to your own, and firsthand witnessed loyalists and sycophants people who wanted to “Run ad (what Government More Like a Business,” and the deleterious effect that h crises might we have prevented if we weren’t navel-gazing like that ?). I am losing all patience with the status quo, and it is literally killing people and ruining lives unnecessarily. END CITIZENS UNITED by making new law that refutes corporate personhood and rules/interpretations that allow unlimited political donations being seen as a form of free speech, not to be regulated.
