The youth in Ascentria's refugee foster care program are in the process of legally immigrating here after arriving alone in search of a better life. During the green card application process, these youth are able to obtain work permits which enable them to develop essential skills and is vital to their future success. Many of these youth have been waiting months for their renewal applications to be processed. This has resulted in job loss for many. I am reaching out to ask for your support in advocating for these youth. Thank you.
