Vote NO to Elitist SAVE Act

To: Sen. Blackburn, Rep. Green, Sen. Hagerty

From: A constituent in Franklin, TN

February 13, 2025

The SAVE Act would impose unnecessary and burdensome requirements for citizens to provide documentary proof of citizenship when registering to vote or updating their voter registration. This could disenfranchise millions of eligible voters who do not have ready access to these documents. The Act is a solution in search of a problem, as there is no evidence of widespread non-citizen voter fraud. Implementing the SAVE Act's provisions would create significant administrative and financial burdens for states. I urge you to oppose this legislation that would undermine the integrity of elections by restricting the voting rights of millions of Americans.
