It's crucial to distinguish between the need for proper regulation and the alcohol industry's desire to eliminate competition. The alcohol associations' willingness to work with Congress should be viewed skeptically. Their primary goal is to protect their market share, not to ensure a safe and diverse marketplace for adult consumers. I ask that you stand firm against this proposed ban and instead support legislation that provides clear, fair regulations for hemp-derived THC products.
