I oppose the $87.6B supplemental posted by OMB Director Vought. I want our tax dollars to be spent on we the people's general Welfare, as the Constitution states in the Tax and Spend Clause that Congress should "collect Taxes" to "provide for the common Defence and general Welfare." For too long, this country has flatly refused to provide for the general welfare. Instead, funds for housing, nutrition, healthcare, and education have been systematically cut year after year. Enough cutting. Enough supplementals. Do your job: tax and spend on the general Welfare.
