The normalization of such egregious human rights violations sets a dangerous precedent that undermines the principles of human dignity and equal protection under the law. We cannot stand idly by as illegal occupations, apartheid policies, and collective punishment against an entire population become increasingly entrenched. As a global leader, it is imperative that you leverage your influence to bring an end to this senseless cycle of violence and death. Continuing to fund military actions that indiscriminately kill civilians is unconscionable. A firm stance demanding an immediate ceasefire and lifting of the blockade on Gaza is the only moral path forward.
