United Nation experts urge Israel to immediately release Ahmad Manasra, a Palestinian who was just 13 years old when arrested in 2015 after an incident in which he was severely beaten by Israel civilians and hit with a car. Manasra, now 21, has been subjected to torture and ill-treatment in violation of the Convention against Torture and the Geneva convention. His continued imprisonment constitutes cruel, inhumane and degrading treatment.
