I urge you to vote NO on Congressional bills S4340 (https://www.cruz.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/stop_climate_shakedowns_act_of_2026.pdf) and HR 8330 (https://hageman.house.gov/media/press-releases/rep-hageman-introduces-bill-shield-american-energy-producers-leftist-climate)  (“Stop Climate Shakedowns Act of 2026”) introduced in April by Sen. Cruz and Rep. Hageman, as a direct attack on climate accountability that would give immunity to oil and gas companies in the form of a liability shield, putting Big Oil above the law.
