The Supreme Court's recent rulings have demonstrated an alarming level of partisan bias and disregard for established legal principles, particularly from Justices Thomas and Alito. Their acceptance of alleged bribes and displaying of anti-American symbols at their homes undermines the integrity of the nation's highest court. Most egregiously, their politically motivated decisions appear aimed at achieving ideological goals rather than upholding the rule of law. This represents a direct threat to our democratic system of checks and balances. To restore faith in the Supreme Court and its role as an impartial arbiter of justice, impeachment proceedings against Justices Thomas and Alito should commence immediately. Their partisan actions constitute high crimes and misdemeanors that disqualify them from continued service on the Court. Removing them through the constitutional process of impeachment is vital to upholding the separation of powers and preventing further erosion of our democratic institutions by partisan actors legislating from the bench.
