I am writing about my outrage for how the Vice President, Rubio, and President all handled the meeting with Zelensky. I stand with Ukraine. Stop the gaslighting. Russia invaded Ukraine and is a European bully. We should continue to support Ukraine, and participate in the United Nations and other global partnerships. Stop appeasing Russia and making the USA a global pariah!! Also, why is Congress as well as the president continuing to allow Musk to run the country??? Musk just had his 14th child with another woman, gets into fights on Twitter, fires people and dismantles departments he has no understanding of, nor cares about the damage created. It is a dystopian nightmare with democracy slipping through our fingers. We are in a constitutional crisis. And NO ONE wants project 2025– it is inhumane and cruel. Why aren’t we protecting Social Security? Why aren’t we protecting Medicaid, school lunch programs, veteran services, National Parks? Keep the checks and balances intended by the founding fathers. We should value diversity and equity! Everyone deserves access to comprehensive healthcare, no matter their job or income. The list goes on and on for what needs to be protected! There is a deep and problematic irony when one of the richest people in the world who was not born in America and was not elected by the country is the one decimating social services and ripping programs and support from the most vulnerable. We are all going to suffer and for years and generations unless y’all can turn this administration around, Republicans and Democrats. Please save the democracy!! Protect everyone, not just billionaires. Lastly, this GOP/Republican obsession with giving wealthy billionaire tax breaks at the price of hurting our most vulnerable people and everyday constituents is so immoral and completely unacceptable.
