Need better health care for veterans

Suspects in the recent shootings of the LDS Church in Michigan and the restaurant in North Carolina are both decorated military veterans who served in war zones. We must consider the possibility that they may have had mental illnesses which contributed to the violence. Members of Congress on both sides of the aisle have long talked about improving health care for the Veterans Administration but not enough has been done. What will you do to provide the best possible mental health care for our veterans?
