Treason. Definition the crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government. So far, we had 2-3 attempts, so only those people could be committing treason. Exercising Freedom of speech is not overthrowing the government. But violating the constitution.. Telling your followers to attack the VP Forcing yourself into the Capital Building Attempting to block certification of the election Taking away due process Turning the police into military against citizens Breaking into homes without warrants Denying due process Ignoring court orders, from Supreme Court By the way, the Declaration was not about love. It was telling the King we did not agree to tariffs, to lack of due process, and lack of representation. It was not nice. But it is very important. Someone needs to read it to Trump since he failed to get correct. Yes, History 101 failed it. All of you are failing at your main job, to represent the people. It is not to create a king.
