26 billions more dollars given to a terrorist state. No strings attached. While millions of Americans are struggling. I am a former teacher. I was disabled on the job. I had to resign from my dream position - teaching 8th grade social studies and science. I loved my job so much. It wasn’t without its difficulties. Over 99% of my students qualified for free lunch. My texts books were woefully out of date. I had to clean myself as the cleaning company never did the job. The children were awesome. My colleagues lovely. But due to poor construction technique by whatever company the board decided to use, I was left disabled. As a teacher, I don’t qualify for disability. So I am stuck on SSI, less than $1,000/month. I unable to work, I’m functionally housebound as I watch you all continue to send billions upon billions of dollars to support genocide. The pipes in my city need replacing; millions of children are being exposed to lead. Dealing with the rampant lead poisoning of American children would be an infinitely better use of resources. And yet you send billions of dollars to fund a terrorist state that is committing many atrocities, including poisoning the water of an already besieged people. To say that is despicable doesn’t capture how depraved that it is. STOP SENDING MONEY TO ISRAEL. PEROID.
