Libraries provide invaluable services to communities across America - early literacy programs, internet access, job assistance, resources for students and veterans, and more. Eliminating the modest federal funding for the Institute of Museum and Library Services would devastate these essential institutions, particularly in underserved rural areas. Representatives in Congress must act to protect IMLS and the vital role it plays in advancing education, opportunity and community support nationwide. Urge the White House to maintain this critical funding that serves millions of Americans.
