Support the Articles of Impeachment against Chief Justice John Roberts introduced by Congressman Steve Cohen. Roberts has turned the Supreme Court into a partisan instrument that consistently favors the powerful over ordinary people, and Congress has both the authority and the obligation to act. The evidence is damning. Roberts allowed Alabama to redraw its congressional map just eight days before a primary, while Tennessee dismantled its only majority-Black district by splitting Memphis into three pieces. His wife, Jane Sullivan Roberts, was paid millions by law firms actively litigating before the Court — and Roberts refused to recuse himself. He has failed to fully disclose assets as required by 28 U.S.C. § 455. And his Court's decision to grant presidents broad criminal immunity places one person categorically above the law. This isn't about politics. It's about a Chief Justice who has broken his oath to "do equal right to the poor and the rich." Six formal Articles of Impeachment are on the table. Co-sponsor them, advance them through the Judiciary Committee, and hold Roberts accountable.
